Obituary

GENDERS, John Harvey Passed away suddenly at the Greater Niagara General Hospital on Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at the age of 88. Devoted husband of the late Frances Margaret (1993). Cherished father of Johnathan, Karen (Tom) Murfin, Cynthia (Wayne) Mitchell, Thomas (Jennifer), Lee (Jill), And Terry. Loving grandfather of John Jr., Brian, William, Kyle, Katelyn, Tayler, the late Joey, and loving great-grandfather of Lillian. Cherished brother of Alice and Bernard and predeceased by his siblings Jean, David, Alan, Verna, and Norma. John will be dearly missed by his loving companion of over 20 years Jean Graham and his cat Prissy whom he adored. Arrangements entrusted to PATTERSON FUNERAL HOME , 6062 Main St., Niagara Falls. As per John's wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made directly to Grace Gospel Church in honour of John's memory.
